Our massage therapy curriculum requires students to complete a certain number of health and wellness courses to earn credit towards graduation. We look forward to adding additional content to this section, and welcome any suggestions you might have for future courses! Please use the form at the bottom of the page to reach out.

Principles of Ayurveda and ideas about how they might support your yoga practice. Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences. Peggy deeply believes that when we learn the principles of ayurveda and practically apply them to our yoga practice and our lives, we are forming a new world. Yoga is defined as the study of consciousness itself and Ayurveda is defined as the study of life itself. As intelligent beings, we need to look at our lives and see what we can do to make them more sustainable, how we can be more resilient, and how we can enjoy ourselves more. Happiness is a goal of yoga and ayurveda. Hopefully, some of the principles discussed in this video will help you understand how to bring that happiness to yourself and the people around you. These principles are taught in depth in our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course.

EARTH – Using the frequencies of Nature to raise our vibration with energizing, DMT Breath Work!
1. Introduction
2. Healing Tree Meditation.
3. Bliss out Breathing Exercise.
This Meditation class teaches the use of Nature’s frequencies to slow our nervous system. Based on her new, Book Pacha Mama Prattle: A conversation with Mother Earth, Julie will teach you how to connect with one of the four elements.
In this class we begin with Earth and The Healing Tree, a meditation that will walk you through a cleansing and balancing of your body’s energy centers using the healing frequency of trees, an ancient healing technique. The class ends with breathing exercises to teach your body to make it’s own DMT and Gamma Brainwaves for a blissed-out evening.
You will need a comfy place to sit near a house plant, flower or if you are lucky to be outside near a tree, a tree.
Prepare your space ahead of time and make it super special with all the things that bring you comfort and peace; blankets, pillows, candles, incense, hot tea, crystals, stones and perhaps a pen and paper for jotting down the visions and ideas that bubble up. Go all out for this. Love yourself enough.
