Marty has been teaching massage and related classes since 1995 while maintaining a successful practice.  His passion for Kinesiology and concentrated studies in Neuromuscular Therapy and Structural Integration grew out of a desire to assist his clients out of pain. Stella has been a student of yoga for 12 years, and a teacher of yoga since 2001.  She has studied with many nationally reknowned teachers from all over the US, and completed her Registered Yoga Teacher Certification in the Anusara yoga tradition in 2007.  She has worked extensively with students of all ages and abilities, particularly with clients who have repetitive strain injury and women recovering from disordered eating patterns.  The path of yoga has become her way of life and she is dedicated to the call of yoga to align with the pulsating flow of the Universe. Stella enthusiastically offers her teachings as a continuation and reflection of the loving-kindness which has been shown to her by her students and her teachers.  Students can expect each class to be a journey into heart opening bliss, while also revitalizing health of body and mind.  Our sixteen week focus will be on the joys of "svadyaya" - the study and education of the self.  Or, in other words, students will be encouraged to read their own book of life - while at the same time writing it and revising it.  Namaste!
