Russ Bennett has spent much of his life traveling the world and living abroad. Born in the United States, he was raised in Germany, Thailand, and India. While growing up overseas, he developed an undeniable passion and appreciation for people, adventure and travel, which has led him on one global adventure after another.

He studied International Affairs at the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. His early professional career included working for a municipal television station, administering grants and loans for lower income populations, and negotiating labor union contracts. Russell soon became recognized for his communication skills and his innate ability to inspire and motivate people to discover and pursue their potential. This recognition and additional training, evolved into a career advising and supporting organizations as a professional in Human Resources and Organizational Development.

Today, Russ has been teaching and mentoring people in the art of human relations for over a decade. He has taught and facilitated countless classes and courses including topics such as: business, ethics, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, marketing, employment law, sexual harassment, diversity, and team building.

He is a trained and skilled negotiator and mediator, and an expert at conflict resolution. In addition to his work with public sector organizations, small entrepreneur businesses, and a large Fortune 500 Company, his impressive and diverse resume includes: trekking Mt. Everest in Nepal, exploring caves in Belgium, camel safaris in the Indian Desert, sailingin the Bermuda Triangle, and skiing in the Austrian Alps, but none of these experiences have moved him like the people and natural beauty of the Rainforests of Costa Rica.

Russ is an approachable, compassionate teacher.Motivated to help people be the very best that they can be, he energizes and moves people to a new level of thinking and action. Helping people of all walks of life to take responsibility, overcome obstacles and achieve success. Challenging them to shake off mediocrity and live up to their greatness. Russ has three wonderful sons, Amadeus, Alexander, and Jade.
