 

The
Honorary Board of Advisors is comprised of trusted advisors
who are experts in a variety of arenas which relate to the operations and academic
program of CRSMT. The Advisory Board determines who will receive the grant funds and functions
as a decision making entity with regard to policy.

Dr.
Jan F. Kreider |
Jan F. Kreider, PE, PhD is the President of Kreider and
Associates, LLC, a renewable energy and energy efficiency consulting firm
and the Founding Director of the University of Colorado's Joint Center
for Energy Management and Professor of Engineering. He
has written eight textbooks on renewable energy, four
books on building systems and other energy related topics
and nearly 200 technical papers. He designed and oversaw
construction of the largest solar system in Mexico, a
water heating system for a large resort hotel in Baja
California. He has also assisted governments and universities
worldwide in establishing renewable energy and energy
efficiency programs and projects since the 1970's. In
2001 he wrote the Energy Blueprint for the Galapagos which
will transform the very polluting electricity, transportation
and fishing energy sectors in the Archipelago into clean
energy systems based on renewables.

Diana
Panara |
Diana Panara MSW,HHP is
one of the most outstanding and interesting teachers in
the field of bodywork today. She holds a Masters degree
in Social Work from Tulane University, and a Holistic
Health Practitioner degree from the International Professional
School of Body Work. She has been teaching for over 30
years in the field of body centered therapy. A Nationally
Certified Massage Therapist, her work has been instrumental
in the development and understanding of somato-emotional
integration. Diana is the originator of Relational Somatics.
She regularly teaches and consults across the United States
and in Israel. She has been appropriately described as
"a humanitarian who continues to find a way to make
a difference through education where ever she goes." |

Til Luchau |
Til Luchau is the
Director of Advanced-Trainings.com.
Hi is a therapist and coach whose background includes
extensive experience with Process Work, individual and
organizational wellness, conflict resolution, collaborative
practices, and cutting-edge training methods. As a Certified
Advanced Rolfer®, Til is a faculty member and Coordinator
of the Rolf Institute's Foundations of Rolfing Structural
Integration program, where he is the originator of Skillful
Touch Bodywork (the Rolf Institute's own training and
practice modality). Formerly a resident practitioner at
the Esalen Institute, Chair of the Rolf Institute's Teacher
Training Committee, and Adjunct Faculty member of Naropa
University's Somatic Psychology Department, he has trained
thousands of practitioners in his popular courses at schools
and centers in over a dozen countries on five continents.
His private practice is based in the Boulder/Denver area,
and includes Rolfing, supervision, and professional coaching
with clients from around the world. |

Douglas
Craig Hayes |
Craig Hayes is a master aborist. He established the premier
tree care service in Boulder Colorado over 30 years ago.
An avid traveler, in 1975 he traveled through Europe
and Africa for 5 1/2 months. Craig is a passionate Golfer.
He has a masters degree in foreign trade with a concentration
and focus in latin american studies. He has been on the
path of holistic self growth and awareness for over 30
years participating in cleanes, meditation retreats and
holistic seminars. He first came to Costa Rica in 1983
and has had a part time residence here ever since. |

Jo
Ann Adolph McIntosh |
Directing Internet Marketing Activities for Land’s
End, developing a corporate sponsorship program for the
Penske Indy Car Team, and acting as Associate Director of
Marketing for Asphalt Green (one of the most recognized
Athletic facilities in New York, City) are only a few of
the remarkable accomplishments of Jo Ann Adolph McIntosh.
Currently Jo-Ann manages relationship marketing efforts
at Sun MicroSystems, overseeing communications programs
that enable longer and stronger relationships with Sun customers.
An accomplished athlete, Jo Ann is an avid skier, runner
and former competitive bicyclist. A member of the Denver
Leader Arts Council, she is an ardent believer in the value
of the arts for building stronger communities. |

Darryl
Mather |
Darryl Mather is the Director of Athlete Representation
for SFX SPORTS GROUP in Australia, one of the world's largest
agencies representing professional athletes. He provides
career and image development advice, and manages endorsement
opportunities. Darryl represents his client’s interests
in contract negotiations. With a Masters Degree in Human
Resources Development, he is an expert in Human Relations
and personnel management. His professional experience includes
representing and working with numerous sport celebrities
including Andre Agassi and Greg Norman. An accomplished
celebrity in his own right, Darryl is a singer, song writer
and guitarist for the super group “Orange Humble”.
Darryl formed the Australia-based band in 1995, and they
recorded 2 successful albums. Darryl introduced the founders
of CRSMT to Samara Beach, Costa Rica. |

Alfred
Levesque |
Al Levesque is a successful real estate investor and
the owner and operator of Gulfshore Maintenance, a thriving
high-end commercial property renovation company. Adventurer,
world traveler and talented scuba diver, Al has made
dives all over the world. Known for his creative problem
solving and his ability to fix or build anything, he
is a true jack of all trades. Al’s quest for spiritual
growth and knowledge has taken him everywhere from the
remote jungles of South America to Buddhist monasteries
in South East Asia. |

Alison
Castro |
Alison Castro is an artist dedicated to helping children
evolve and grow through the world of art. She developed
and oversaw Art Workshops for Children in Colorado for several
years. She now lives and works in Costa Rica with her husband
Miguel and their two daughters where they own and operate
a successful real estate business. As for the art……Her
newest project is running Art Workshops in Costa Rica where
adults and children experience the art and culture first
hand by participating in art projects led by some of the
country’s top artists. |

Ligia
Hayes |
Ligia Hayes had a successful massage therapy practice
in San Jose, Costa Rica for over 15 years. The granddaughter
of Chinese royalty, her Grandfather fled the country during
the 1900's and was an herbal medicine Doctor. Her mother
is a gourmet chef and TV personality in Costa Rica. She
is a self taught herbalist, organic gardener and master
soap maker. She has developed many herbal combinations
to aid in the reduction of cellulite and has created
soaps and salves for everything from muscular tension
to babies with croup. She is an aromatherapist and grows
plants for her own essential oils which she uses in her
exquisite soaps and massage oils. She is passionate about
her own health and has practiced a healthy and active
lifestyle. |

Rana
Gill |
Rana Gill has more than two decades of experience in the
financial world, twelve years as Chief Financial Officer/Vice President–Finance
for companies in the North American business market. Rana
directed financial and operational activities for American
Sensors, Inc, that drove sales from $1M to more than $65M
in the company’s first two fiscal years. He is the
co-founder of RxKinetix, Inc. an international biotech corporation
for which he raised more than $30M in venture capital funds.
Rana is an avid traveler and philanthropist. He recently traveled
to Poland where he helped construct homes for lower income
families. |

Miguel
Castro |
Miguel Castro has had a remarkable journey. Born in Columbia,
as a teenager he set off to the United States to start
a new life. Working odd jobs he developed an interest
in photography. Studying and perfecting this craft over
the course of 20 years he grew to be a renowned sports,
event and fashion photojournalist. His work has been published
widely through various Hispanic publications and the EFE
wire news service which provides news images to all Hispanic
media outlets in the world. He has been acknowledged as
one of the top 100 Most Influential Hispanic Journalists
in the US, two years in a row by the Hispanic Media 100,
and received first and second places for outstanding cover
photos by the National Association of Hispanic Publications
in US, he also received the Colorado Press Association
award for outstanding story and photo report in El Salvador
published in La Voz de Colorado newspaper. He makes his
home in Costa Rica where he and his wife own and operate
a successful real estate business. |

Brian
McIntosh |
Brian McIntosh’s marketing experience speaks for
itself; in fact it tells you what a remarkable marketing
force he is. Brian has spearheaded marketing campaigns
for companies such as Storage Tech, Hewlett-Packard, and
GE Access. He has been instrumental in the development
of brand marketing communications for Fortune 500 clients
such as Johns Manville and Western Union. An experienced
outdoor enthusiast, Brian’s commitment to the environment
runs deep. In 2003, he served on the Colorado Sierra Club’s
Board for the Wind Power Campaign. He is a passionate
advocate of socially and environmentally conscience companies
and believes in protecting and promoting their sustainability.
Brian is the Chair of the CRSMT Scholarship Committee. |
