Jill Kristin Berkana, and Russell Kenneth Bennett are the Owners of the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. Jill and Russ Founded CRSMT in 2005.

Jill K. Berkana, Russell K. Bennett, and Beverly Boyer form the Director Team at CRSMT. Jill Berkana is the Academic Dean. Russell Bennett is the Director of Operations, and Beverly Boyer is the Faculty Director. The Director Team collaborates constantly. At least one Director is on the CRSMT Campus at all times at Acting Director.

The Advisory Board is comprised of trusted advisors who are experts in a variety of arenas which relate to the operations and academic program of the school. Responsibilities of the Board include but are not limited to: the awarding of scholarship funds, the distribution of charitable donations, and making recommendations regarding policy and protocol.

Brenda Dragonne is the Administrative Manager for CRSMT, and manages the Administrative Office, and Campus Operations under the Director of Operations, the Academic Dean, and the Acting Director. Ms. Dragonne manages the security, housekeeping, and Office Staff, and is the Director Liaison.
