Lee holds an M.S. degree in Counseling and Human Systems, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a NAHA certified Aromatherapy Practitioner.  Her lifelong interest in natural health and wellness led her from managing Amigos de Salud Natural Food Cooperative in Taos, NM to the Florida School of Massage where, in addition to becoming an LMT, she created and managed the Bookstore.  Selling and personally using essential oils in these venues evolved into the opportunity for study and certification in their use.  She continues to advance her knowledge of essential oils through ongoing education, most recently studying in France with prominent aromatherapist, Dr. Daniel Penoel.

A Florida native, Lee feels passionate about nature and the preservation of greenspace.  She serves on the Board of Trustees of Heathcote Botanical Gardens in her hometown of Ft. Pierce, Florida where she and her husband Pete settled after arriving on their sailboat, Blue Moon.
