Jeannette Cunniff, HHP, NCBTMB

Anatomy and Physiology

Jeannette is the Owner and Director of Global Touch Institute - www.globaltouchinstitute.com -, which offers seminars and NCBTMB Continuing Education for the massage and physical therapist, healthcare practitioner and esthetician. She has developed 200+ hours of accredited NCBTMB Continuing Education and CA State approved training in Anatomy/Physiology/Kinesiology, Craniosacral, Medical and Sports Injury/Rehabilitation. Jeannette has authored five training manuals for advanced bodywork which are used specifically in the classroom and teaches for two colleges in Southern California. In 2005, Jeannette was recognized by the Medical Massage Association for developing outstanding curriculum in the field of Medical Massage. She has worked with Discovery U.S.A., an Olympic Development Committee, as a consultant and therapist and appeared several times on "Another Heavenly Morning" television show, offering massage and rehabilitation techniques for the injured skier and snowboarder.


Jeannette has trained 20+ instructors and graduated 2000+ students into the field of bodywork through national/international seminars and has owned two massage schools in Lake Tahoe, CA and Kamuela, Hawaii.
An avid adventurer, Jeannette has motorcycled and sailed extensively through the Caribbean and Asia.
In 1988, Jeannette quit her corporate job as a Telecommunications Manager and hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, 2,612 miles from Mexico to Canada. The journey took 6 months and led her to the field of massage.
